NeuroHub Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the NeuroHub platform (the "Service"), including the website, its API and related features.

By using the Service — registering, publishing models, sending requests or otherwise interacting with it — you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

Full access requires registration with a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Report unauthorised access immediately via the contact listed in the Privacy Policy.

Registration is available to persons over 18, or minors with the consent of a legal guardian.

The Service provides access to machine-learning models via a web interface and API. Usage is billed per request in credits according to the pricing published on the website (1 credit = $1 unless stated otherwise).

You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to generate content that violates law or third-party rights, to bypass limits, authentication or billing, or to overload the infrastructure.

An author publishing a model or weight files confirms they hold all necessary rights to such content and is responsible for its lawfulness. License terms for each model are set by its author at publication.

The operator may block or remove content that violates law or these Terms, notifying the author.

Balance top-ups are made via the methods listed on the website. Credits are consumed per executed request; credits are not legal tender and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Refund handling for service-caused outages is described in the top-up rules or handled via support on request.

Software, design and website materials (excluding user content) belong to the Service operator. Model rights remain with their authors to the extent defined by the applicable model license.

The Service is provided "as is". The operator does not warrant uninterrupted operation or absence of errors and is not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.

The operator is not a party to transactions between model authors and users and does not control inference output quality.

The operator may amend the Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the new version.

Material changes affecting payment or data processing will be communicated to users by email.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless the law of the consumer's place of residence provides otherwise.
